"Submit to a daily practice Your loyalty to that is a ring on the door.
Keep knocking, and the joy inside will eventually open a window and look out to see who's there."
What are you longing for? Burning for?
What is that one thing you think about so often, it keeps you up at night?
This undeniable longing is just waiting for you to say YES to it.
Waiting for you to open your heart and life and BE willing..
To LIVE it
Before we can actually open fully to something we want in our lives, there is the work of becoming who we need to be in order to "get there", of feeling it in our bodies, of believing it can happen.
This 4 week course is about practicing living your yes, living inside of it, becoming it, learning how to tune into it, how to identify what your yes energy is and feels like, what blocks it, what sets it free, and ultimately harnessing its power.
The course provides a structure, a way to tune in daily and keep your yes right at the forefront of your mind and heart. There is a prompt everyday except for Sundays which is Rest and Process Day. Prompts come in written form, audio or video. There are two to three creative prompts each week in the form of art videos encouraging you to respond to the prompt in a creative way. Each prompt is an invitation to think about and/or act on your yes.
A natural result of committing to something in community is that it encourages accountability. There is something powerful about claiming and committing what you are saying yes to in front of other people. It elevates our commitment. The daily support system is priceless. Women who will see you and encourage you, and witness your unfolding (if you let them) is a true gift. You also get the added bonus of on the spot coaching from me for the 30 days. Just ask for help and I will dive in with you. When you show up in this way, it helps the entire group. Your work is our work.
Why 30 Days?
This has nothing to do with habit. Let's face it a lot of us have done something for the prescribed 28 days which made it a habit for those 28 days and perhaps a few weeks after, but later because we didn't fully understand it or live inside of it, we stopped doing it.
This is about having a true understanding about what you are saying yes to, why it matters.
This is about building upon the energy of the day before, adding to it, wrangling it, feeling it more and more deeply in your body and heart with each passing day.
This is about living inside your yes in a way you have never done before. To do this, we need a daily ritual that we will commit to as a way of engaging with our yes. This ritual can be as short as 5 minutes, as long as 30 min. It is a way we can enter into the energy of our yes throughout our 30 days and beyond. It requires a daily investment of your time, energy, and heart. A willingness to keep showing up even when it's hard, even when life is getting in the way.
We've all been there, we say yes to something and do a couple of things for a few days and then do nothing for another few days and find ourselves trudging along as if through quicksand. We lose our momentum, we forget why this thing mattered so much in the first place and all of our old stories take hold and we believe them. Partly because we are trying to do it alone, partly because we don't have a way of getting back to our yes, because we haven't explored why this really matters and the stories and blocks we have to our own joy.
We will learn and understand why it means so much to us, beyond the surface answers of "Oh I just want to be healthy, or I want to make more money so I can pay my bills". It is so much more than that. You and I both know it and one of the most exciting parts of this process and is figuring out the fire and the why beneath the yes. That and being seen empowers you to go further than you may have before.

“No is a very confining thing; it’s about containing rather than expanding.
One thing, one key thing, I’ve worked out is that if you want to change your life, there’s one simple thing you can do.
Just say “yes” more often than “no.”
That’s all you have to do because opportunities come up every day. Just say yes and believe me your life will change."

Why I Created the Course
The Journey of Yes, was born out of my own desire to say yes in my life after years of healing and exploring the pain I experienced in my childhood and in my adult life. I found that I was living life on the defense instead of opening up to possibilities.
I was living from a protective place, striving for safety because I really needed it, but shutting myself off to the fullness of my life.
And for a while it served.
Until it didn't.
It became more and more apparent to me, after diligently exploring my own wounding, that without the power of YES and the support of community, I was missing an integral part of the healing process, not only in my life but my teaching as well:
The act of reclaiming and being witnessed in the reclaiming was a powerful piece of coming back to the truth of who I was.
For this is what a journey of yes truly is at its core, saying yes to something we have denied ourselves, or been too afraid to claim as our own and having the courage to take it back.
The Journey of Yes gives us permission and helps us carve out focused and sacred time for ourselves. 30 days to go within and ask some profound questions of ourselves and inspiration to act on the truth of what we discover, about what we are saying yes to, and why it matters.
Saying yes to something we have not allowed ourselves to have despite a deep and essential longing for it. It began as my journey but being a natural teacher I wanted to bring it to the women in my sanctuary.
I facilitated, quite a few healing courses and sometimes we went into some heavy but necessary territory. This work of healing childhood wounding is important, but not everyone was in the same place, we were all at different stages of the process.
I realized that there were quite a few women who had done a lot of healing work and were ready to say yes more in their lives along with me and so the Journey of Yes was born.
For 30 days you will make a solid commitment to your beautiful self to see it through.
This is a full tilt, risk taking, kind of journey.
This will be your solemn vow during our time together:
I am committed to saying yes in whatever form it takes to this one very important thing in my life because I am worth it, because this is worth it.
I am willing.
Making this decision is powerful.
Living inside your YES for 30 days is transformational.
Thank you for creating YES journey. This workshop was life changing for me. When I joined, I didn't know that I would receive so much encouragement from you or such beautiful supportive souls. With your guidance I discover deep and buried feelings holding me back from creating my business. I felt each prompt was directly speaking to my heart. Taking this course has helped me find the value in myself and my dream teaching. I look forward to taking other courses from you in the future.
"This ongoing journey has been such a revelation. When I began it, almost a year ago, my yes and the way I perceived it were so different. Throughout each cycle I've begun to see myself in a new light. With this cycle I've been able to recognize the building momentum, following a path I could not have even conceived of last year. Thank you Stephanie for encouraging me to be more, go farther, work hard and never give up. I've learned to find my true self and respect her, all of her, and not be afraid to be seen. Your courage and devotion to guiding wounded women have made me a better person. I'm looking forward to the new discoveries awaiting me in Cycle 7. "
